Payment Terms:

All Teamwear orders are 50% upfront payment and 50% prior to delivery. Wholesale orders are 30 days from invoice. Payments outside the terms of this invoice will attract admin fee of 8% per month.

Any credit claims must be lodged with Advantage Sports Licenses Ltd within five (5) days from receipt of goods or services. Property and title in all. Goods supplied by Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd to you shall remain with Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd until such time as full payment is made for all amounts owing by you to Advantage Sport License Ltd on any account. If you fail to pay all or any part of your debts to Advantage Sports Licenses Ltd you grant an irrevocable license to Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd and its representatives to enter any premises where any Goods are kept and to repossess the Goods. Until payment in full has been received by Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd, you shall store the Goods in a way that clearly manifests Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd’s title; shall hold the Goods as bailee and as a fiduciary for Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd; must not allow any person to acquire any interest in the Goods; and in the event of sale of the Goods, you shall account fully to Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd for the entire proceeds of the sale of those Goods and separately hold such proceeds on trust for Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd for its account.

All proceeds from sale are payable immediately without demand to Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd; and Advantage Sport Licenses Ltd may trace the proceeds of any such sales in accordance with equitable principles. Upon introduction of the Personal Property Securities Act, 2009, you agree that Advantage Sports Distribution Ltd has created and can register a Personal Monies Security Interest in accordance with the Act” 

RETURNS:

Web returns are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

At Advantage Sport we’ll gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Advantage sport will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the returns address returns office.

Custom items purchased through the club shops can not be returned once production has started on said item.
